In keeping with its commitment towards ensuring towards greater transparency, ASCI launched the Online Complaint & Monitoring Service (OCMS) recently.

The Online Complaint & Monitoring Service (OCMS) benefits ASCIs Industry Members by providing them a unique login id to access their OCMS account on the ASCI website. This single window enables you to:

1. Register Regular complaints online
2. Receive an online Complaint Tracking number instantly for complaints lodged online
3. View the consolidated details of complaints registered by you online
4. Track the status of complaints online using the Complaint Tracking number
5. Receive updates on complaints via email if so chosen
